Processing Times

Please allow 3-5 working days for ready-made items to be dispatched.

If your item is being made to order, production times are up to 14 working days. Please note that this could change during busier times and during our annual break. If this is the case, we will always share updated processing times in a banner at the top of our website.

We are currently making every effort to limit our post office visits to twice weekly to stay safe during lockdown. We close our studio on Saturdays and Sundays and we do not consider them “working days’.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your item has been dispatched the following delivery times will apply. Please note that these times cannot be guaranteed and are estimates only. Our parcels are sent via Royal Mail and a signature will be required upon delivery. Due to complications caused by Covid-19, please note that deliveries could be delayed, especially those outside of the UK. Please check with your local postal service for further information.

  • United Kingdom: 1-2 business days
  • North America: 7-14 business days
  • Europe: 7-14 business days

Customs and import taxes

Wild & Flower is a UK based business. Customers outside of the UK are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their parcel. Please note that in some cases delays can occur due to customs processes, this is something that is outside of our control. In this instance please contact the applicable authority to resolve.

Returns & Exchanges

If your item is unsuitable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return, we must then receive your returned goods within the following 14 working days.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returns. An insured and trackable delivery service is recommended as we are not responsible for refunding or replacing returned items that go missing or are damaged during transit.

Please pack your returns in the original delivery box and packaging to protect it during transit as we will be unable to refund items that have been damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please wrap the chain in the tissue provided as we cannot offer refunds for chains that are damaged or broken due to becoming tangled and knotted.

Items returned as unsuitable must be unworn, undamaged and in their original resalable condition and packaging. Your refund will be processed once the goods have been received and checked, this may take up to 7 working days, please ensure you allow us this time before raising any queries. We will contact you via email should any issues arise and also when your refund has been processed.

We do not offer an exchange service, If you would like an alternative item please place a new order via our website.

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us by email to discuss a suitable solution.

The following items cannot be returned

  • Custom, made to order or personalised orders including initials/monograms
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items that are on sale
  • “Second” quality items
  • Vintage pieces
  • Gift Vouchers
